I was born on May 14, 1957, in Vellore, Tamil Nadu and completed my schooling in Tirupattur. I obtained my Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. I was an Agriculturist for 5 years. Later, I moved to Chennai and started my own electronic service centre in Royapettah, specializing in servicing TV, VCR and video cameras.
Entrepreneurial Journey
In 1998, I ventured into the construction industry and founded “Shri Krisshna Builders” in Royapettah. Over the years, I have successfully completed over 1 million square feet of construction, comprising more than 600 residential and commercial units in Chennai.
Nurturing a Greener Tomorrow
I’m thrilled to share my latest endeavour – N Square Agro Firm, a tree plantation initiative that aims to contribute to a sustainable environment. Our firm has already made a significant impact by planting over 20,000 trees in Thiruthani and Arakkonam. As a part of my endeavour, I also planted saplings in many districts across Tamilnadu. This effort is close to my heart, and I’m committed to expanding our reach and encouraging others to join the mission to protect our planet.
Passion for Sports
Apart from my professional endeavors, I am an avid sports enthusiast. During my school and college days, I was an active badminton player. Even today, I enjoy playing the game in my leisure time. My true passion, however, is cycling. In the last four years, I have cycled over 10,000 kilometers.
Personal Life
I reside in Anna Nagar West, Chennai, with my family. I am married with two children – a son and a daughter. My daughter is an Architect. She is married and settled in Texas, USA. My son has completed his Civil Engineering and runs his own company, “Sri Krishna Foundation”. My daughter-in-law is a singer and also an Entrepreneur. She runs a boutique, “Magariga Couture”.
